Where do you ship to?

We ship to the United States, Canada, and internationally. 

How long does it take to receive my order?

  • USA - Most orders to the United States leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days and arrive in 3-5 days. You'll receive a confirmation email receipt after placing your order, and then a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once your order leaves the warehouse.
  • International - Please note that there is a delay of up to 5 business days to prepare shipments headed out of the USA. We value your business and will do all in our power to ensure your package arrives safely and in a timely manner. International shipments may take longer, so we encourage you to contact us for a better estimate. As an international customer, it is your duty to ensure that the products you order are legal in your country. If your shipment is seized or destroyed by customs, we cannot issue a refund unless it is returned to us in new condition. Thank you for understanding.

    What is your return policy?

    No hassles. We accept returns of products in new condition within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Unfortunately we do not accept returns of used products. We also serve customers through 3rd-party websites such as Bonanza - please note that orders placed there have different return policies.

    I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

    Since we source some products from different suppliers, we have a large assortment of products and some are not stocked in house. So when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once. They are on the way. Contact us to track them down if needed.

    Important Notes:

    -All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

    -Shipping times will be affected during public holidays, and manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
